Tees Valley housing, measured
North Yield was started by a developer and data analyst of twenty years. We run our own studies on the public housing data, on our own software, and back what we say with numbers rather than marketing language.

- From £65

What we do
We analyse the energy certificate of every home in the Tees Valley and publish the results in full, in the Tees Valley EPC survey. That analysis is the foundation for everything else we do.
- EPC assessments
- Certificates from £65 by our own accredited assessors, and the EPC + Retrofit Roadmap: a costed plan to reach C.
- Retrofit assessments
- PAS 2035 whole-dwelling surveys for grant-funded work, and assessment capacity for coordinators and installers.
- Property sourcing
- Tees Valley property found and negotiated against an investor's brief, from the same data.
Our assessors
Every assessment is carried out by one of our own in-house, local assessors, with credentials you can check on the government register.
