Do I pay North Yield anything?
No. Sellers never pay North Yield — the investor covers our costs. You only pay your own solicitor's fees.

No. Investors buy as-is and reflect the condition in their offer, so there's no cleaning or refurbishment to do first.
Am I obliged to accept an offer?
Not at all. Any offer is no-obligation; if it doesn't suit you, you walk away and it's cost you nothing.
